I am SO, SO lucky to have found Mike.I'm a first time homebuyer who didn't have very much knowledge. I started my housing search literally on a holiday — urgently, because of a landlord situation. And I definitely wasn't buying at the top of the range Mike serves.Here's what he did for me:* Hit the ground running for me LITERALLY ON A HOLIDAY (we were under contract by the end of the holiday weekend)* Spent all the time in the world with me so I never felt rushed* Did not pressure me at ALL from his end (which is good because I respond very poorly to that) but would give me his honest opinion when I asked him about timelines* Answered all my many, many questions about everything (and I had MANY!)* Had incredible depth of expertise about all aspects of the process* Was available anytime of day, nights, weekends if something in the process had to be jumped on fast (he sees texts immediately)* Clearly wanted me to be happy first and foremost, not just get the sale* Got some great stuff in the contract for me because he knew exactly what to ask for* The biggest thing: Mike really knows houses and was able to tell me what renovation work would be a big deal and what was only cosmetic (he was right!) — this was huge and allowed me to buy a place I otherwise would have been too nervous to purchase.The first few days of working with Mike I was calling around to get second opinions on everything — calling my uncle who's a contractor, my friend who used to work in real estate, my other friend who's great at DIY. But I've been told since that plenty of stellar agents advertise through that button too, and apparently I got one of the stellar ones! Still can't believe it.I'm recommending Mike to everyone now.
